Went to Island Life, $10.00 and it was repaired wile I wated.
My family and i camped at Anastasia state park near by and felt the urge to get some beach cruisers. The owner Lori helped me pick two used bikes and two new ones. They made it easy to test ride them, her husband got them ready on the spot, and they charged me a fair price for their exceptional service. I would have paid more but im glad i didnt have to. Did i mention they have a huge selection? 5 stars. I would go back.
The staff is friendly, and attentive. Good selection of all kinds of bikes and accessories.
A horrible rip off joint. The owner, Dave Gebo, stole my classic Specialized StumpJumper mountain bike after I bought a new bike from his shop. He claims he "scrapped" my bike and cannot return it to me. I plan to litigate. Be warned, this shop cannot be trusted.
Went to a bike shop on Anastasia island near Butler Beach for a quote. Was told that my bike wasn't purchased there, but they could fix it if I left it with them for $14.00. I walked.
Would recommend this shop for the St Augustine Beach area.
UPDATE... Came back November of 2017 1 year later on the same annual family vacation... EVEN BETTER. They tuned up the four bikes I bought a year ago. Very fair prices! Go see them. Wish they had a place near my home town.
We were on vacation went to ride our bikes on the beach and had 2 flats on our bikes went to island life bike shop on Saturday morning ask was their any way they could squeeze us in and they were slammed but put us right in not only did they fix the two bikes by replacing 4 tubes and done the service on them for only $60 bucks for both I was so happy that all I had to do was get them to them and pick them up when done all in the same afternoon. WOW what a blessing and they had all kind's of other stuff like beach wear and lots of accessory's ask for Dana she was super helpful? I would recommend them anytime!
I had a punctured front tire and needed it fixed.
My husband and I were looking for good quality bicycles for riding on the beach. We were greeted by Mike, who spent a lot of time with us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying two 3G bikes and Mike delivered to them to us in 30 minutes!! They wouldn't fit in our rental car and we were anxious to ride since we were heading back to TN the following day. Thank you Island Life for providing excellent service!
