If you're looking for a place to sleep during your travel up or down I95, this place is fine. Not much as far as amenities but very convenient. Just park and pay when office opens. Available spaces will be listed on office door.
We were in a water/ electric only so no cable. We got good air channels.
We stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff are friendly and the park is easy to get to but it’s a little run down and not much to do or see at all. If it rains, mud is an issue. This is good for a quick stay or if you’re passing by.
We drove to Jacksonville several times....not bad.
A neighbor of mine stayed here and one of his Yorkies was attacked and killed by a person busting that had a pit bull unleashed in the bed of his truck! Anyone with info on this scum bag please reach out. This family is devastated! Going through a series of shots since this scum didn’t stop! Just through his dog in his truck and took off!!
I would come back.

We stayed 2 weeks on Passport America. They had a special for July and August.
Close to 95 and St. Augustine.
We spent 2 nights here the middle of June during the week and the place was pretty empty. It seems they separate long and short term stays which is nice. there weren't many trees for privacy but there is a "dog run" (not a fenced in area, wish it was) so there was lots of grass around which is nice too. We were on gravel with our 35 ft 5th wheel and had no problems leveling it out. They were really flexible allowing us to check out late since we were visiting my cousin and it's those little things that count and help make a nice stay. We would stay again if we passed through the area
