Return customer to Bozard, previously bought a Mustang GT was set to buy a new truck this weekend but something with sales has changed over the past year, and Bozard has seemingly adopted a high pressure sales approach with unprofessional staff and salesman that try to play games with customers and pricing.
Bozard has gone so far down hill in the service and now sales depts. from what it used to be, if this what becoming a successful high volume dealer means, it isn't worth the hassle to drive there for any future customers.
After shopping around the city we contacted Bozard about a vehicle they had online, Our sales person Jeremy took his time to meet our needs and gave us time and options. Unlike others dealerships he didn't push the sale and treated us with respect by not been pushy, The financial manager also took his time to keep the deal with in our budget. I highly recommend Bozard Ford, great team, great vehicles and great prices.
I filled out an online inquiry about a vehicle I saw over the weekend. A rep by the name of Andy Harris reached out via email and I called back to set up a test drive. When I set up the appointment I told him I was on a tight schedule and did not have time to waste. He confirmed that he understood. I called him back and told him I'm in route, he confirmed it was still a good time to meet. I arrived right on time to the dealership and Andy was no where to be found, once they found him he walked up I introduced myself and the first thing he said was "how do I plan on paying for the truck?" As a former car salesman and based on his actions I took that as a qualifying question to see ifbi could afford the vehicle. A question I don't even get asked first at higher end dealerships.
Easiest car buying experience ever. Sharyl Brewer is the best! She answered all our questions, got us the best offer possible, and followed-up the next day to ensure we were satisfied. Everyone there is friendly and professional.
I answered his question because I didn't have time to waste. He then searched for the key to the truck and then had to walk to the other side of the lot to get the truck. Now I'm infuriated because I communicated multiple times that time is of the essence.
I love Bozard and keep coming back. Their service can't be beat from the salespeople to the service department. Shout out to Marcia for always being helpful and a ray of sunshine.
I was going to use my credit union but after finding out the vehicle is considered a commercial vehicle due to payload I had to work with Ford financing. Through the process my questions were not adequately answered by Andy and he would send other individuals to contact me not even have the courtesy of communicating effectively with me.
Long story short I ended up buying a Bentley instead which was something I truly had no interest in but had I not had such a bad experience with Andy I would have purchased from Bozard. As the old saying goes "never judge a book by its cover."
Sales Rep wanted to talk over me, wouldn't listen to what I was saying, kept trying to display factory rebates as the "deal" Bozard was giving me, forgot to order the truck we wanted after we put a deposit down, and generally acted like we were a nuisance and hassle.
We left and 3 hours later, purchased a truck from Garber that was a total opposite experience from Bozard meaning it was enjoyable and they earned our business and future return business.
