Ryan Held was great. Very professional and easy to work with. However, the manager and his assistant that he flirts with behind the the counter in front of customers is extremely unprofessional. There was an agreement as to how much money I would be reimbursed and I was told I would get the full amount back. Then I was called by the assistant manager who claims she is the manager and I only got half my money back. Be careful what you sign and who you work with in that branch because I don't think they can tell their head from their ass. Thanks for nothing but Ryan you were a pleasure to work with. Top notch sir.
I rent from this location 2-3 times per month. Tyler the branch manager always strives for excellence. Macy, Bruno and Jess (who just moved to another branch) are amazing at keep customers happy.
