I CAN NOT say enough good things about Ted and the Poko Bro's team! Our 2010 Ford Expedition started stalling out intermittently 5 months ago. We live in the Boston area and took it to 4 different shops, including two dealerships and twice to 2 of the places. No answers. Drove the vehicle to FL for a family vacation, where the stalling only increased (grrrrr). Worried we were going to have to replace an otherwise well-running vehicle, we decided to try again in St. Augustine and found Poko Bro's. This was the 1st time anyone had ideas about what was wrong and truly put effort into solving the problem! I'm happy to report that it has now been driven all the way back up to Massachusetts without a single stall out! Thank you, Poko Bro's! You now tempt us to plan vacations around auto service ;)
I purchased a used BMW 650i from Klett Automotive. Within day 2 of driving this car, it was obvious I purchased a "junker". Had it not been for Ted's mechanical expertise at Poko's, I wouldn't be able to drive this junkie. I've used SEVERAL auto garages here in St Augustine - none of them equalled what PokoBro's offer.
