At first the sales team was nice and worked with us in the store. We payed for our furniture and delivery fee in full and set a delivery date, reluctantly, almost 3-4 weeks from that day. When the delivery day came I took off work early because we were given a 5 hour window from 2pm to 7pm on a Monday to be home awaiting for our new furniture. It was around 6 when we got a courtesy call stating the truck was running a few minutes late asking would that be ok, well I've already waited this long so ok. Now it's 9:30 pm im in bed when my phone rings, it's the delivery team letting me know it's pouring down rain and they are in route now to deliver my brand new furniture. SERIOUSLY!! ok let's reschedule I say when I call the next day and the manager says the earliest is over a week before we can get back on the schedule. So now because Badcock doesn't keep their word the customer has to pay for the mistakes they have made, I will never again step foot in there store and I have never had this type of problem with other stores like Rooms To Go.
Very nice furniture, but limited selection and prices are a bit high unless you buy on sale. Quality is good on most of the furniture.

Always pay my bill before due date, and they closed my account. Lady behind counter was clueless, then blamed it on corporate. Guy working next to her assumed I was a delinquent and very condenscending to me. She called but couldn't get "corporate" on phone. She mentioned my address still the same and doesn't know why Badcocks would close my account. Go somewhere else to buy furniture. I give Badcocks a 1 star for Corporate BS.
This place was great. I got exactly the furniture I needed at a great price with good customer service all around. Everything was delivered and set up with no trouble. It all looks great. I don't have a single complaint.
