Inadequate parking and difficult to navigate, but by far the worst is the system they have for picking up items that need to be signed for. If you don't live in certain zip codes, you walk across the street and stand outside a poorly marked door for someone to locate your package. It's tacky, unprofessional, and completely not secure.
After reading the reviews of this place, and how many issues people have had regarding deliveries and customer service, I highly recommend not coming here. They still have my package and are denying it. It is worth a lot of money, and they would not even go back to look for it.
I love having a local post office that we can walk to.
I went in and told the lady that it has been 20 days, and the package is still at USPS. She YELLS at me, and says “that’s not true. We don’t keep packages.” She even called me a “liar.”
Completely worthless. SUPER LONG LINES. They do not listen to postal delivery requests. They leave my parcel on top of my mailbox, when it was stolen they said, too bad, call the police. They have cost me $300 is stolen mail since they keep delivering parcels even after I told them to not deliver them.
She gets her supervisor who could assist me, they could not track my package because the tracking number was not a valid USPS number. I tried finding my receipt, but I could not find it. I was not expecting these issues to come up.
I dropped off a package to be delivered to Fort Worth, Texas. I dropped it off on 9/1. Today is 9/21 and it says on the website’s tracking information that it is still at the USPS facility. This website is NOT USPS, but it has an overall 4.5/5 star rating and I saw other reviews of USPS showing people had issues with delayed packages.

Do not come here. Come here if you want your package to be delayed, and if you want to be called a liar, be interrupted, and get no help at all.
I have shipped packages at USPS before at a different location when I lived in another area. I had no issues of any kind. This place is the definition of “low-rent, rude, and lazy.”
