I recorded my whole encounter I had today.
If I could leave negative stars I would. We had so many issues with these people we could never get ahold of them when needed it would take them days to fix anything. There was a water leak they knew about for months and never fixed our water bill was $80 a month for a 2br trailer and it dropped to $25 once the leak was fixed. They left an ooen trench all the way accross our drive way for almost a week to finally fix the leak and all of the wires and chirds that they dug up git left there for is to trip over, and now they are denying it all. We cleaned the entire trailer and left it cleaner than what it was when we moved in. The people are rude and hateful and none of them have any kind of people skills anytime we didn't agree with them they would tell us to move out. We gave them a 30 day notice as our lease said and they were supposed to come out and check the property and they never did for us to use part of our deposit as our last months rent. Thus company is absolutely horrid, avoid them at all costs.
Trying to get ahold of these people is a nightmare. Tried contacting about the water leak and never would get a call back. (I paid an extra $300 in a year cause of their mistake.)They would only text. Pretty professional huh?
I did my walk through today and the owner tried telling me his men didn't do that. Lol
Honest service and hard working staff that cares about all tenants.
They left loose wires all over the place and I tripped on them almost daily. Tried telling me it was not his issue. It's the cable company. Even though they are the ones who dig up the old wires and just left them there.
When they can't to fix the leak. They came and completely ruined our drive way. Left the trench for a whole week before they even came to complete the job.
There is also a bunch of mold in it. So really make sure you take a look.

I wouldn't recommend going through this company.
I'm not gonna clean up a mess that they did.
They told us first, last, and deposit. But when it came down to it they tried telling us we paid $1,250
And make sure you read your lease.
For a security deposit for a very cheap trailer.
This place is absolute trash. Do not rent from them! If I had to give them a review it would be negative stars. My husband has rented a shop from them for over a year now and paid last months rent in advance. The lady has been pushy and rude and today decided to not only cuss him but hang up in his face. It takes a lot for him to become upset. I attempted to call back and explain the situation but they were just as rude to me and 2 more hang ups in my face. Just a little advice there are laws that protect renters! Do not fall victim to their bullying as we will be contacting our lawyer directly to see what legal actions if any can be brought against this company! They will also be forced to face us in court now where we will bring our lease and the rent stubs. Not one missed or late payment and this is how you do business?! Not with me. Grow up and humble yourself. Stop being miserable and learn some customer service.
