I love this store! Every time I go in there they always help me find what I'm looking for. Last time I was in there I was trying to find some shoes for a wedding that wasn't going to cost me a ton of money. The employee working at the time was Sarah and she was so incredibly helpful. I told her what I needed and she showed me the type of shoes I was looking for. She helped me get the right size and even find the one that would look best with the dress I had to wear. It was really quick and easy to find some shoes. I will always go there to get my shoes!
Here during the Christmas season, one other customer was in the store. 2 employees were standing chatting in the middle of the store. I was never acknowledge, even as I walked past. Looked around for about 20 minutes, proceeded to walk out, now there were 4 employees chatting. Was never spoken to, no thanks, come again, happy holidays, nothing. Very unprofessional!
