Very clean, decent selection of stores. There are a lot of empty stores in this place. It would be far better if there were more occupied store fronts and selection.
Good place, clean, easy parking and access. Not much of good prices. H&M was marked as outlet but they had the normal price of any H&M, or all H&M are outlets or this wasn't an outlet :)

I walk here when the weather is lousy in St. Augustine, and inevitably buy something I need. Shops are great, the mall is lovely after their makeover about a year ago. They have something for everyone!
I used to pass this on my way to work in St. Augustine. I stopped once but hadn't really taken it in until a recent trip to the Dooney & Bourke factory store. Wow. To be clear, this is a mall. It is nothing more or less. It also the mall of which all other malls are frightened. It's the mall that kicks sand in your mall's face at the beach. It's worth a stop, if only for the sheer spectacle of it.
