The best massage I've ever gotten! So relaxing! Plus once you check in you can go swimming in the pool at the casa Monica and use the jacuzzi. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating, and the surroundings were gorgeous. I will definitely come here every time I'm in St Augustine.
I had an issue with a Vitajewel product that I purchased there that spontaneously shattered the first time it was used. Despite the fact that I did not have the receipt and several months had passed since the purchase, the spa manager went out of her way to get me a replacement and kept me updated all along the way. That type of customer service is what makes for a successful business and I will recommend this spa to everyone I know.

Had a great couples Massage for my 2 yr anniversary! Atmosphere was good, the lounge area was small and the products in the locker rooms were very limited. The locker rooms are very small. They had no wet or dry Sauna which seems very odd for the hotel that markets itself as an elite hotel.
