Unprofessional. Employee was 15 minutes late to open up the office. We had an online Uhaul reservation. She was unorganized and was clueless about what equipment we needed. The Uhaul she gave us had damage to the outside, was dirty on the inside of the truck, and had low gas. She also tried to change our drop-off location to be an addition 16 miles away from our apartment when the nearest location was 3 miles away. This is was obviously a scam.
DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company.
