Also, I've never been harassed to "join" anything except a legit money saving coupon book while shopping here. Kudos to corporate for keeping the customer harassment to zero! More companies need to take your lead on not over-burdening the wonderful cashiers!
Margot the trainer is excellent! My dad trains hunting dogs so it's hard to find a good mesh between that rigorous schedule and one for a normal companion animal, but she knows her stuff! We adopted thru the county shelter and got LOADS of excellent coupons to outfit our new family member! Some stuff was completely free. I like how petsmart operates, vs other mega chain stores, but the staff at this particular store all need a raise. They are very knowledgeable and kind. One slightly older lady showed us a variety of good teething chews and explained the concept behind them wonderfully. She wasn't even working that section, just waiting for a class to start. I really noted and appreciated that she went out of her way to help our new puppy. Excellent staff.
Please note I have not experienced the aquatics department too personally, but having worked with all types of pets for decades in and out of stores, I can say that it smells like a healthy sea at least and not dank and moist like a bait shop. :)
Did not have the crate/carry bag I wanted for my pet, I am assuming they just have not restocked since Irma. Otherwise it is clean inside!
Great place for all supplies for your pet's needs. Prices aren't bad and they carry everything.
I bring my rottie here for a bath every two weeks and they are amazing with him!
