Great cab service! My wife and I used abraxi twice this past weekend while seeing a concert at the amphitheater because the pedicab bike service dropped the ball and were rude twice! Abraxi was half the price, half the time, and an overall more pleasant experience vs the pedicab service. We will for sure use abraxi next time we need a cab in the st auggie area
I called to get a taxi when the dispatch answered the phone I got "taxi" very rudely but whatever. I said yes I need a taxi but I don't know the address as I'm on vacation! I got "call me back when you have the address" and hung up on I'll never use your service even if you paid me bad business morals
Two strikes and you are out, I canceled one ride with 25 minutes to do so, and they threaten that if I do it again, I will never be allowed to use them again, so I find out someone can take me instead for free and the answerer on the phone turns bitchy and threatens me, don't call these people if you ever decide to cancel a ride for any reason ever.
Probably the worst service you can never get I call for a taxi to pick me up he quoted it out some outrageous price and when I found out that I didn't have to go anywhere I called the canceled and that jerk had to act really childish and stupid if I could give this a lower rating than one star I would gladly give it and don't ever call a cab from this company ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever the worst review I could ever ever ever give anybody
I was charged $10 for a normally priced $6 cab ride...was told you guys have a $10 minimum for debit card, that's rediculous. I would've tipped 4 to make it an even $10 anyways but the fact that I didn't have a say in it is bullshit. You guys should inform customers ahead of time of the minimum amount for debit, not everyone can afford to tip that much and not many people carry cash nowadays. I will not be using this cab service anymore and either is the owner of a prominent bed and breakfast who often refers people to local HONEST cab companies.
