They got me the best rates by far, they insure two homes and 4 cars for me and are great with their service and their experience.
I have three policies with the Murray Insurance Agency. I have always had prompt, efficient and friendly service. For instance, I bought a car last week and I drove off the lot with updated insurance and my new card in hand. Thanks Murray Insurance!

This place is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. They have some liar named Julie working for them that got my insurance canceled claiming she would contact me if their was any problems. That didn't happen of course!! I had several policies with them and have moved them all to a much better local insurance agency. Those morons at Murray insurance will not make another penny off me. The owner of the company is no better than the lousy staff he has working for him. Over the 9 years I was with them, they have had a huge turnover of employees and that usually means it's a terrible company.
Wish there was less than 1 star. The most incompetent insurance agency I ever had the displeasure to deal with. When I found out I had mold at my house, I called the agency to make a claim. I was informed that my policy had been cancelled 4 months prior for non payment!. My policy was paid in full for the whole year with 5 months to go. No one ever sent me a note or called me about the cancellation. An incompetent agent had not submitted my claim properly, and with the wrong address to top it off! They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Awful, I would not recommend anyone to Insure with the Murray Agency. Also poor customer relations, they are always confused. Extremely dissatisfied former client.
I have my home and auto insurance with Murray Insurance. The staff is very friendly and I always end up laughing when I go in there. It's a great atmosphere with happy people. No one enjoys the obligation of insurance, but I enjoy doing business with this agency.
I left several messages for the owner of that agency and this Julie person and all have been ignored. I want a FULL explanation on how they let this happen and obviously they have done nothing to correct the matter.
