This family-run jewelers was the right place for me to come. They put on my new watch band and changed the battery and spring bars in about 10 minutes. I can't speak to the quality of the product, but the service I received was cordial and apropos of a jeweler.
Good selection and helpful staff though they are significantly overpriced in certain areas. I found watches that they were selling are significantly more than other retailer's.

The service was a bit exorbitant as far as cost goes, though. About $15 for a new watch battery. This is basically common for jewelers though, so I can't complain much.
