Recently had to renew my drivers license - you know, the renewal that requires you to bring half of your file cabinet. Well, one of the items required is "original or certified copy of marriage certificate". I was impressed that after 46 1/2 years, I was able to find my original marriage certificate. But when I produced it, they said it had to be a certified copy, even though the paper they sent me said otherwise. So, over to another office and waited and then paid for a certified copy, came back and had to wait again. If you're not going to accept the original, then change the form.

Was trying to pay a fine for the public defender apparently there is two different fines one is public defender fee the other is public defender application fee both or $50 apiece and the clerk that was helping me pay the fines told me only had to pay $50 when I do come back the next day and pay 50 more because she didn't know anything about her job at all.
the web site is very hard to navigate thru..I paid a ticket online which took forever to locate the correct screen..paid ticket and expected to go to the driving test to avoid points...receipt screen does not lead you to anything..searched on the site and only options listed..nothing to lead you to the test....still looking.....
