Top quality service from the first phone call through the whole delivery process. I was shipping furniture from Florida to Washington state. I live in California so I was not able to be there for pick up or delivery. On time Moving took care of all the details and kept me updated through emails and texts. They took apart the bed and wrapped all the furniture and then set it up at the other destination. At the delivery site they had to shuttle the items from the main truck and then carry them up three flights of stairs. The driver Blaine kept in touch and never complained about the unexpected extra work. He said they set up the furniture as if it was their home! All of the employees were polite and very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Not only did On Time Moving take the stress from away for us, they took the time to communicate everything with us. What to expect, what I would be paying (Which was exactly what I paid) I can not say enough good things about these wonderful people. The estimator who came to our home was not only professional and friendly but so knowledgeable. The movers were hard workers and had such respect for our homes and items. And the office staff were beyond caring, informative and just so nice to work with! I strongly recommend them to everyone!!!! DO NOT MOVE UNLESS IT IS WITH ON TIME MOVING AND STORAGE. I wish I could say it more but Thank you On Time!!!!

The movers were very professional loading and unloading. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The customer service was also very good and professional. Leda was great and very pleasant to talk to. Also I paid exactly what was quoted. I recommend On Time Moving & Storage wholeheartedly!!
Recently moved from Florida to Connecticut. The most important part for me was the loading date as once confirmed I arranged travel plans accordingly. My loading date was on memorial day. They did call a couple of weeks before to try and change the date as it was a holiday. However, it was the date quoted and confirmed a few days after the quote. It was a reasonable call by them but after a brief conversation they reconfirmed they would load as agreed. This was extremely important to me and I was very happy that they held their end of the bargain.
