Avoid this company - we ordered the service and cancelled in the same day. Three days later this company put their hands in our bank account and took more than $900.(though even if we had continued with the service the first payment should have been $400). Even though we had a cancellation number and paperwork we had to fight to get our money back. We spent nearly an hour on the phone and were passed from department to department. We still do not know if or when this refund will post. AVOID this company - its hard to say if they are incompetent or thieves.
