I entered into an agreement to rent a condo for my Flagler students and was very unhappy with the outcome. Not only was the place filthy after cleaning, Premier failed to disclose that the previous owner had cats, and we found 2 of the closets reeked of cat urine, which my daughters are allergic to. Since we were pressed for time to find a place, and Premier had nothing to offer us, we went down the road to Sunshine Realty and they found us a place that day. The unprofessional manner in which we were treated by the Premier folks was upsetting. At one point, we were told by their associate that our champagne taste/beer budget, prevented us from finiding a place with them. They refused to refund my security deposit for a place we never moved into. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
