I'm an out of tower and needed some food so I stopped here. The store is well organized, huge selection of food and liquor. Plus, the staff was very friendly and was kind enough to give my son a balloon. Makes you feel like family.
I've been shopping at Publix my entire life and I'm sad to say, I won't anymore. The last 10 or so times I've been here I've left mad. I thought this place isn't a pleasure and why am I going here to be treated badly. I'm the customer!
The prices are always ringing up wrong. You really have to watch the registers here. The employees will argue with you even with a posted sale sign, right in their face. Then act put out to correct the price.

The customer service in this place is HORRIBLE, the lines are long, understaffed and the employees are generally rude. Deli screws up orders constantly.

Stopped by for some bell peppers and an avocado, not only were they perfect but they were also on sale! The produce associate was friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad shopping trip to this store.
