Very clean store good prices and really managed well. Open as long as possible for hurricanes and open as soon as possible after it was safe for their employees. I really feel Publix cares about their customers and employees. The store manager at this store can almost always be found walking around the store and helping customers as well. Kudos to this Publix!
I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt several times, but I've been disappointed by this store over and over. The level of quality just isn't at all up to par compared to my experience with other Publix locations. I can deal with it being constantly overcrowded and even being overpriced—it's the only store in the area. But I'm constantly frustrated with the poor quality of my purchases. Bought ready-to-cook items on two separate occasions that were prepared with expired goods (one had moldy Parmesan cheese, the other had slimy asparagus). Most cakes I've bought from the bakery (not the refrigerated/frozen ones) taste stale or like they've been frozen and thawed, and the pies I've gotten always seem underbaked, with gooey, doughy crusts. Now the gallon of milk I just bought today, with an expiration date more than two weeks from now, is sour. I know they'll replace it, and any other product I'm unsatisfied with, but I shouldn't have to return something every time I shop there. We usually love Publix—so much that we had them do our wedding cake, which was perfect. But this one is about to lose my business for good unless they make some changes.
Very helpful and friendly employees as well as, mgmt. The store is generally well stocked and super clean. Ordering special items for special occasions is not a problem. The staff is very accommodating and professional. It's a much shop place for our family.

I rated two stars because the employees are nice enough, but the reason for my negative review is the deli. I am always disappointed when I leave the deli. I have ordered a sub online on three occasions and all three times there have been problems. I got a sub with stale bread. So stale that it cut the top of my mouth. The other two times I ordered hot subs and set the pickup time about 30 minutes later. Both times the subs had obviously been made as soon as I made the order and then sat under the heat light for 25 minutes, resulting in soggy bread that resembled a sponge. I just can't justify going here anymore, convenience be damned.
