We are back in FL and we returned to Dr. Strickland. They took us in quickly. He took care of my babies problem and did not insist on expensive tests. I love it there. Very reasonably priced too!
Absolute best Vet I have ever had and I have been through many vets in several states. Dr. Strickland is compassionate, kind, and clearly loves animals while also very practical your pet's about quality of life and how far medical science can really help extend the life of an animal. His prices are very reasonable. Unlike many vets he will not pressure you/guilt you to pay for expensive surgeries and medications if your beloved pet may not benefit for very long. The other folks in the office, Chantel and Ashley, are both lovely and always remember my dogs names and details that make it clear they value their clients and their client's humans.
We were referred to Dr. Strickland by a couple of people. My 17 year old is on a very tight budget & she was able to afford her dog's exam, shots & Trifexus flea pill. The entire staff was wonderful & seemed to genuinely care & understand that pets are family & made my daughter & her 2yr old puppy feel comfortable for his vet visit.
Tried to make an appointment for an x-ray to determine bone cancer, did not even get in the door. The girl on the phone was horrible.
Such a nice experience! They accommodated me last minute with genuine service and a reasonable price. It was a spontaneous visit, but we now look forward to switching to them as our permanent vet!
