Best coffee I've ever had. I would've given this place 5 stars but the wait was outrageously long. I think that management should look into making this place run more efficiently. Anyhow, the delicious coffee was definitely worth the wait. My mom, sister, and I ordered a plain coffee with milk. OMG, I am still dreaming about the delicious taste. My mom won't stop raving about it either. We cannot wait to go back to St. Augustine to drink it again.
Customer service fail! Unwelcoming/stressful vibe. My party left immediately before ordering anything. I was excited to visit this place for the ambiance as I am a regular of a competitor only a few blocks away and wanted to try something different. ATTN MANAGEMENT: You've got the LOCATION and ATMOSPHERE... work on your customer service experience or myself and others simply won't return.

Wow! I went to this place during my vacation. Had a bad experience the first time. Thought maybe it was the young man who was working that day. Tried a SECOND time, cuz I read it was the best coffee place. Bad experience the second time and this is with two different employees working behind the counter. I was only in town for 3 days. This is visiting 2 times in 3 days!! Basically, without a long drawn out detailed message. The employees are unfriendly, distracted, one had no idea what we were even ordering and it was on the menu. He seemed unorganized and had no idea how to be customer friendly or attentive even. My husband didn't like his first beverage the night before or the next day even. So, is it the coffee or the employees who work there?
Some of the best coffee in St. Augustine for me! I went several times while on vacation and wish they were closer to me for a daily visit.
Nice and warming place! Good coffee (expresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.), hot teas. Soy milk (regular and vanilla) available, good prices. Great customer service!
