Before I went in old navy
Tons of parking. It's a standard old Navy. I'm disappointed in the small clearance section, but that's not the point.

I am from Virginia and wanted to come to the outlets to come to this particular Old Navy. I've never in my life been treated so rudely by customer service staff. Walking around on 9/19/16 around 12:30pm, I saw about 5 various associates. Not a single one greeted us. I was unsure whether a clearance rack was for men or women, so I said excuse me to a sales associate near by. No answer. I said excuse me three more times before he yelled "give me a second." Three minutes later, he was still marking down items. A manager walked by and I asked her for help. She was also very rude. I proceeded to tell her about the horrible customer service from the gentleman working. She walked away. WORST SERVICE EVER and ruining the old navy name. Needless to say, I didnt give that store my money and recommend everyone working this shift be fired.
