Cool shop, rude staff...bordering on corrupt. We were quoted one price, then charged another ( slightly higher ) price at the register. We likely would not have thought much of it but for the arrogant staff informing us that we could not but accept their price, that returns were not accepted and, in their eyes, the transaction was complete. The goods never left their store. Horrible service, accustomed to the weakened position of tourists. Buyer beware.
Awesome customer service, they helped me find shirts I needed for my family and myself. They had things for everyone there. Cool store overall, really cool music inside as well!
Horribly rude staff!!! Don't ever try to buy something here. They would probably ask you for an ID to buy with cash! My debit card, which uses a PIN has a picture of me on it. They wanted my ID, I told them it was there on the card, but they meant drIvers license. They should have put government ID on sign and not just ID. So I pulled out my phone to use Apple Pay, they wanted an ID to use that too.... Even though I have to use my finger print to use Apple Pay.... Why would I be going as far as to articfilly place someone else's finger prints on my hand to buy a 5.00 Souveneir for my kid!!! Find another store that doesn't treat you like a criminal!!
My experience was out of the ordinary. I never since such nice well trained staff before in my life. I actually lost my cell phone up there I'm from broward Florida. The very great mananger Melissa send my phone back with out even hesitation. I bought a return label and everytjinh. We need to see more people like her. Thank you so much. 10 stars.
