After two recent bad experiences with two other dentists in town this was breath of fresh air. Very professional staff, the Dr provided explanation and excellent service for my temporary crown. (the last dental office just left it to a dental assistant, Dr never even looked at it, and crown fell off twice). So not all dentists are created equal ! :)
Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Nicole conducted a pleasant and pain free cleaning. Dr. Nathan seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Office was clean, equipment was modern, and staff was friendly. Most importantly, I left with my teeth looking and feeling cleaner than they have in years. I would certainly recommend this dentistry.

All About Smiles was a very professional, very accommodating, and very caring office. I was traveling from out of state. The first phone call the office staff was amazing. By time I got to the office they were well versed in my insurance information. Everyone was friendly and the office was impeccably clean. The dr nemecek was caring but matter of fact. He walked me through what I should expect when I get treated back in NY. After A few days I had to follow up due to pain. the office staff was helpful in treatment and a response back. I would highly recommend this office to any one in the St. Augustine area.
My name is Jeremy Haidon and I absolutely must recommend All About Smiles Family Dentistry! I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed, all 4 of them and one of the teeth being very large. So of course I was worried about the pain and since it's been awhile since I have been in a dentist office I was pretty apprehensive about the procedures. Dr Nathan Nemecek and his wonderful staff took all of my anxiety away by reassuring me that the procedure wouldn't be painful and they would have me out shortly. The office it's self is very nice with all new equipment which made me feel very comfortable. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and caring! They are really genuine which makes a difference when deciding your dentist. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about their services and procedures explaining everything in great detail. Absolutely a great experience for me! I will be back for sure! Really people this might be the best dentist office in the state of Florida from top to bottom!!
We've all heard the phrase "like pulling teeth" and understand that it means "to cause excruciating pain." Not so with Nathan Nemecek and All About Smiles. He's like a tooth pulling ninja. In less than a minute he was in and out, wisdom tooth in hand. He and his staff are very, very friendly and comforting. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave me options so I never felt boxed in to a procedure I wasn't completely comfortable with. The cost was significantly lower than I ever would have thought, especially considering their reputation as a first class Saint Augustine dentist. I have a panic attack even thinking about calling a dentist. I will never worry again as long as I go here. Thank you, Dr. Nemecek!!!!
