I am DONE with Shepherd Electric! They screwed up our appointments a year ago to install a new panel when we changed our homeowner's insurance and then today they forgot the note on their door they had an appointment to come by and check the breakers they installed. FORGOT........I get 1 day off and schedule for the electrician to come out, plan to be available for the afternoon and they FORGOT! FORGOT!!! If I could give ZERO or MINUS stars I would........FORGOT! They won't forget this review!!........and a Happy Ending.....though these guys forgot my appointment.........David Gray came out in an hour - 2 guys, 1/2 hour later and ALL FIXED....My recommendation - Call David Gray!
