I used Thibault's many times over the years. They always do great work and have excellent customer service. Scheduling is easy and they show up on time.

I had an electrical issue two hours before guests were to arrive in our Beach House. First electrical issue in several years so no electrician on my emergency repair list. Looked on line and I called Thibault since they had 24 hour service assuming they would push my call to after hours but I had to get it fixed, They were here by 3p and had the problem fixed quickly and professionally just as my guests were arriving! I cannot say enough good about Thibault! I now have an electrician I can call with confidence 24 hours a day. Great for anyone who manages rentals!
Not great service via phone, when someone comes out it is impossible to get an estimate after (still waiting) and unable to schedule appts- too busy? need more staff? not sure.
