Only negative is the dog park. We wanted to take the dog back but it looked pretty shabby.
Treaty park is a great place for all kinds of sporting events, and also has an amazing playground for all the kiddos to play at!! Highly recommended for family oriented events, and just a day with the kids at the park!!
Wonderful park. Well maintained. Well designed. Coming here for 8 years. Treaty oaks development has scarred our park on its south perimeter taking every living plant including the fence that was once there and left us with a 50 ft. Mountain of dirt to look at.
I take my sons to the skate park at Treaty Park. It's one of two we have in St Augustine and one of the best in the area. There are areas for every skill level and it's usually not incredibly crowded. The park has basketball courts, racquetball and tennis courts as well as baseball and soccer fields and a playground, walking trails, really everything you might want at a public park. There's even a dog park and a boardwalk around a small lake. To many amenities to list without seeming tedious.
Great place to come to! Nice play park for the children, pond with ducks and natural wildlife. Open fields to fly kites, etc. Baseball teams play here, tennis rollerblading, skateboards, come check it out! Beautiful park!
This park is a great choice for families with kids of a variety of ages - or even active adults. Lots of options! Our kids - 10 & 11 - like the skate park, the dock, and the playground (even though they're probably a bit old for it). We plan to go back to throw a football around on the huge fields!
