The service was great. But the place need to be updated. The carpet looked so wore out and the booth we sitting in was not secure. It moved when we sat down. The food was good that is why I gave it 3 star.
The burger was raw and only had one slice of bacon, the cheddar bacon tots were for actual tots, the steak was half the reg size, the eggs looked like Moses cooked then before he parted the Red Sea.
I love the comfort food at Denny's. This one is the best in St. Augustine. Consistently clean and the staff are always polite. Parking is easy and they are always fast.
The waitress is so nice but the food takes like eternity to come sooo be ready to wait 1 hr for that fooddddd
It's not the best place to eat food wise, but our grandchildren love to eat there because they can get what they like. (Three year old- chicken nuggets shaped like dinosaurs with grapes and her favorite, broccoli; grandson, eight, loves pick your own breakfast on the children's menu since he also does not eat meat.) We get the vegetarian skillet, my husband with the egg, me, without. Sometimes it's good sometimes a little over done. People are very friendly and have a lot of patience with the children. We usually go at least once a month.
