Smoothies were very healthy, organic and well made. Parking was easy, service was mediocre. Pricing was fair. Decor was simple, relatively clean. Good place for a quick smoothie.
I ordered a smoothie to be exact the peachy keen I waited 30 mins and multiple people that came in behind me had already gotten their smoothie I had proof that I paid for it on my debit card and they asked me if I was sure I got a smoothie and looks at me like I was crazy. WILL NOT be spending my money here again smoothie and service was mediocre not to mention on my way out when I had to go to the register again to tell them they didn't get my drink A lady gave me attitude on my way out saying that I ordered last night I got my smoothie first when I had been sitting there for 30 minutes before that she had no idea I AN FRUSTRATED
It was hot and muggy, with no A/C. We ordered one smoothie, and as we did the ONLY other people in the place asked how much longer their wait would be. My son waited for his smoothie while we went next door to the Pink Pineapple wait in the A/C. Ten minutes later we went back and the couple was just leaving with their two smoothies. 5 minutes later they had made his ONE smoothie. All this and running a gauntlet of smokers sitting right in front of the entrance means we will never be back
I'd give them no stars if it was an option. I've gone into this business multiple times and it's the same thing each time. I don't know how they stay in business with the rude attitudes you get from every worker there. Put the terrible employees aside, you will wait a very long time for a smoothie even if you're the only person in there. I will never go back. There's a different smoothie place just across US 1 for anyone that would like a smoothie without the rudeness of the smoothie fresh employees.
I would give no stars if it was possible. Apparently this is the address attached to GoodCleansing where I purchased my juice cleanse. I was missing 3 bottles from a 3 day cleanse and when I emailed them about it they offered no apology, asked if I wanted the 3 juices overnighted on Monday instead of just going ahead to do that automatically, and they confirmed it would arrive on Tuesday. They weren't picked up until Tuesday and delivered Wednesday. I called customer service and when I asked if they could do anything to rectify the situation, the guy on the line said "Well, we paid $40 to overnight it to you." He then said a manager would call me the next day and I've yet to receive a call. Their website also states "If we do not ship your products as you have ordered, we will refund your purchase and only if it is our error." No one ever mentioned that to me and when I brought it up asking for my refund they said "Sorry you feel that way. We made good on getting the 3 juices to you." The customer service does not exist here. It's so infuriating! Never purchasing from them again.
