We haven't quite finished our visit but so far it has been great. Lots of amenities and convenient location to the historic downtown area, 10 minutes from the beach, and courteous staff. Comfy beds, lots of treats and complimentary beverages available. The parking was a bit of an issue when we showed up, some guests that checked out that morning had left their vehicles parked here and still weren't back for them. But we parked across the street in an extra spot, only mildly inconvenient. The building and furnishings need updated, and the innkeeper when we checked in (who was filling in for the regular guy) didn't seem to know a great deal about upscale dining options.
Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, clean, comfortable, beautiful decor. Overall this was a fantastic stay and well worth the money.
The staff was generally very helpful. Overall the facilities were nice but there seemed to be some maintenance issues that were overdue. Would recommend.

My family had a great time here. The innkeeper's were all friendly. The place is beautiful. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It is very convenient to the places we wanted to go to in St Augustine. I would definitely recommend it.
