Very nice and clean place. I would definitely book again over there for my next trip to the wonderful St. Augustine :)
It had almost everything we needed but a microwave. No breakfast here though because there is a Dennys onsite. The staff are accommodating though. Great place to stay if you aren't going to really stay there all day because you will be touring beautiful St. Augustine.
Nice renovations since our last visit. Reasonably priced and within walking distance to the old part of the city.
Bad experience. Actually the worst I had in a long time. Check in was a disaster. The king room we reserved was not available and we were assigned to a double Queen without even informing us. Realize that this place is two story without stairs so after we went up with all the luggage we realized that we were assigned the wrong room. We called and the lady at the front called Nimpha was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Not once she apologize for the change in the contrary she said that she has just gotten in the 11 o’clock shift and that she had not controlled over the situation and she continued to say that I didn’t want the room I could hand her back the keys and find another hotel that she would not charge for cancellation. Mind that it was 1 am and after driving for 7 hours we were stuck. Next day I tried to speak to a supervisor to no avail the front desk said that was not what the lady had said and they changed our room. We had more family in other rooms so we stay and a supervisor was supposed to called us. This never happened the air conditioning was not working properly and the sheets are all stained. The 3 day at 4:30 in the afternoon we went back to the hotel for a nap and the room was not made. Again calling the front no one even apologizes they just said we’ll send somebody and we had to sit outside to wait for them to finish. After 3 days I check out without the opportunity to speak to a manager because no one knows when they will be available they just ask to leave your number. It’s a disgrace that now they are actually under the Wyndham wing. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They are inexpensive for many nasty reasons. You will fine beautiful places in St Augustine . Stay away from this nasty little whole with extremely unprofessional staff.
The Days Inn is a nice and affordable hotel. There is a Dennys attached if you don't feel like walking/driving to go eat. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Historic Down town area. Overall, this hotel is a great middle priced option. My girlfriend have stayed at this hotel every time we have gone to visit St. Augustine
