This is probably the best Holiday Inn we've stayed at. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. But the staff was the best highlight of our stay. They went out of our way to make our stay remarkable. One staff member even helped us out with information about St. Augustine. The price was a real bargain, considering all of the amenities that were included. They had a nice big indoor pool, though I didn't get the chance to try it out. The fitness room was great and the breakfast was even better than some restaurants. Without question, I would stay here again on our next visit!
My wife, my 6 year old son, my 8 month old daughter and I stayed here for a weekend while we attended a festival nearby. I have stayed at many different hotels while traveling for work and used points for the stay. The staff members were all polite and efficient. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor and found it to be quite comfortable. It seemed that the hotel was either recently built (within the last couple of years or so) or recently renovated. The pool and fitness room were small but we'll kept and clean. The breakfast nook was also kept clean and the staff worked hard to keep the food items stocked and fresh. Well as fresh as can be with the mostly pre-made variety that has become the cost effective staple for many hotels. Really, the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I only rate 5 for hotels that are way above and beyond my expectations, and that would include a greater variety of fresh fruits, veggies, and more health conscious amenities. I would recommend this hotel highly, based on the staff and cleanliness!
I've been to a few Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one seems pretty nice. Everything seems to be updated. Has a nice 40" lcd TV in the room. Had a minor issue checking in, but it was resolved quickly. Everything had been clean and working. The breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express, decent choices and good for a free breakfast. I'd stay here again.
It's a wonderful hotel. The rooms are nice. Everything is very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Nice eating area. Very nice overall
I stayed on the fourth floor and the walls appeared to be somewhat thin. I could feel the wall shake when the room nearby closed their door. Although, they had a complimentary breakfast which was nice.
