Everything worked in the room. No problems. Breakfast good and breakfast room clean. No negative issues. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay here again if we are stopping in this area.
Maybe it's because of the experience I had at the last hotel I stayed at, but I am so happy with this stay! The front desk attendant found me a room on the ground floor in front of my parking spot (big deal when you have a baby with you). It's updated, clean, private and quiet. It's not fancy, but that's part of why I feel so comfortable. Oh, and they have Disney Junior! I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in this area!
This place was awesome! It's pet friendly, they give extra towels, and pillows. They charged 15 dollars per day if you have a pet, and another 15 dollars for a rollaway bed. We can there to visit downtown St.Augustine, which was about 10 minute drive. This hotel is right next door to a mall, ( well an outlet ) and they have some really good stuff. I highly recommend.
Enjoy this hotel. Good breakfast and clean. Staff is outstanding. I love tile floors. As always, THANK YOU for being PET FRIENDLY.
The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The refrigerator ran loudly 24/7. My biggest complaint about any hotel, including this one, is when they are equipped with air conditioners that directly pull outside air into the rooms. Inevitably, people will smoke outside and the rooms nearby fill up with it. This particular stay was worse, because the guy next door smoked his cigar all evening. I had to turn off the air, because smoke is an asthma trigger for my grandson. I didn't have time to see the nearby outlet shopping; so I cannot comment on that. Breakfast was supposedly an award winner. It did include more protein items than most.
